About Hala Sahili
Hala Sahili is a dietitian specializing in pediatric nutrition and lactation consultancy. She supports and guides families throughout their early days of parenting, covering the journey from the newborn phase through weaning to solids and beyond. Hala adopts an individualized, holistic approach, combining science with parents' goals, to help them establish a healthy feeding routine that works for them.
Hala became a mother herself and is practicing everything she advocates with her own baby daughter. Through her experiences, she has firsthand knowledge of the importance of individualized support and recognizes that every child’s needs are different.
About Rana Abou Salman
Rana is a mom of two, passionate cook & founder of My Feeding Guide. Her passion about everything mindful parenting as well as healthy happy eating led her to delve into the world of feeding babies and kids. After years of sharing her experience and hearing from parents about their feeding challenges through her platform, she founded My Feeding Guide, specializing in child feeding and parent coaching for happy mealtimes.
Rana partners with specialists in our region to offer programs aimed at helping parents raise healthy happy kids with a positive relationships with food. Her programs offer a holistic approach centered around mindful parenting methods, and child-led approaches that go from introducing solids to reversing picky eating.
