Cookie Dough Boutique will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of the OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of Lebanon.

Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's monthly statement.

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping & Customs Disclaimer
Please note that Cookie Dough is not responsible for any customs, clearance fees, duties, taxes, or additional charges incurred once goods arrive in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Additionally, while we take great care in preparing and packing every order, Cookie Dough cannot be held responsible for any damage to packaging or products that occurs during transit or as part of customs inspections.
